Needville ISD
2023 Bond
Needville Junior High Campus
At their June 19, 2024, regular meeting, the Board of Trustees approved a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) from Drymalla Construction for the new junior high school campus. Bid coverage was exceptional and the GMP brings the project in under budget.
The campus will be built for an initial enrollment of 1,000 students with core spaces (cafeteria, administration, library, etc.) to support a build out to 1,500 students.
Drymalla began moving dirt in mid-July. Early work includes site access, site grading and underground utilities.
